The collected data shall be transfer to couriers or consultant in order to accomplish the above-mentioned purposes.
In case Mavive uses said third parties, they shall be thoroughly selected for their capabilities, expertise and reliability, in order to ensure the respect of the current laws applying to data protection. Said third parties shall be named Data Processors and/or persons authorized to process personal data. Mavive will periodically monitor the correct performance and the respect of the relevant security measures for personal data provided by these third parties.
